Bowen Employment Statistics for Class of 2009 Released
Graduates in the most recently surveyed class, 2009, report employment rate slightly under the national average of 88% for all law schools participating in the annual NALP Employment Research and Salary Survey (ERSS). Bowen's rate of 85% was encouraging, but as with national statistics, those exploring the legal market in Arkansas must look beyond the stated numbers and consider the facts behind the numbers. In May the National Association for Law Placement released its annual employment statistics for the class of 2009, and they were predictably depressing.
